5 stars Billy Cobham's Spectrum is a true fusion masterpiece. Phenomenal drummer Billy Cobham creates an amazing jazz funk fusion album that any fan of Fusion or jazz lover should own. Every track is not to overlooked, some of my favorite tracks are Taurian Matador, this song has a latin feel to it, and my favorite track stratus starts out with some chaotic drumming then turns into a funky jam session, awesome song. To the women in my life is more of a mellow jazz tune, the least chaotic track on the album. Snoopy's Search is the last track and what a great closer to this great jazz rock album. This album also features fellow Mahavishnu pianist Jan Hammer. This album was ahead of its time and any Progressive music fan should own this album. 5 stars
