4 stars After the great "Dark Matter" released 5 years ago, the band lost two important pieces, first the drummer Paul Cook - who fortunately would come back soon (I really like this guy's dynamics) - and then founder keyboardist Martin Orford, gone for good after 26 years none-stop with the band.

The music goes in some way back to a melodic mood I most enjoy in their productions, and delievered with a balanced rock muscle, tastefully avoiding some moderniiish clichés. This time with the production of Holmes alone, who besides the guitar shares the keyboard duties.

Now with an uninterrupted career of 25+ years - and in my book they always have exuded distinct artistic maturity right from the start - the renewed band manages to atch a true class act following after a masterpiece. Talk of creative ehaustion - not yet, no chance!
