The way I see it, there is only three songs on this album.

New Millenium, overall noisy and annoying. The bass line gets on my nerves, as do the keyboards. Overall failure. (6/10)

Lines In The Sand, starts off nice with some compelling keyboards, but does not let up. This song is the best off the album, with guest vocals from King's X. The strucutre is pure genius and the playing is even better. (10/10)

Trial Of Tears, not their best epic. They were blatantly trying to recreate Learning To Live, but didn't come off quite as good. The opening was very a la Mahavishu Orchestra, nice creative jamming. Overall, decent track. (8/10)

Now, nobody will buy an album for one really good song. Poor, pathetic and lame. I can see why Dream Theater got their act together after this monstrosity.
