5 stars PURE ****1/2 (iīm not sure maybe it really deserve 5, but time will judge better)

Since the WINDOW OF LIFE & MASQUERADE OVERTURE until then i guess the better effort was NOT OF THIS WORLD , with an enhanced sound recording, production, etc I taught that it really was the last highlight of the band and BELIEVE release prove that i was right, even itīs not a bad album itīs far away from those magic suites of the 90īs, sounds more like a repetition or a copy of NOTW. Nevertheless, Nick Barret really loves this project as well as the fan does, he really strives to gives us a brand new album with a refreshing power without dragged onto a comercial style, just having in mind that the ultra-melodic tunes from the 90īs could be a mistake for the future of Pendragon so he adapted the sound of the band according to the times. Itīs incredible how melodic neo-prog bands are really making prog masterpieces as the bands of the Seventies this year like this Pendragonīs PURE or Magentaīs METHAMORPHOSIS wich they are in the same situation. So the only thing that I have to say is,

a must to any prog or neo-prog FAN!!!!!!!
