4 stars Ok, The Sound Quality in this collection is not very good (again) to sometimes become a little boring, but it was very good listen to shows to the best phase of the trio (1972- 1974) without any overdubb or something else (welcome back my friends for example are complete songs re-done in their particular theatre). the Hammersmith odeon show in 1972, the first represented in the box, really have a bad sound quality, but was compesated with a great performance (tarkus and Hoedown in particular) and the polite silence with the english audience. The next shows in the brain salad surgery tour, have a lot of sound problems too, but it was a great document of the trio in the highest level in their career and in their best moment on the stage. the first one in 03/1974, suffer with a lot of tape backdrops and with a little too much agitated audience (with some shut ups and conversatitions to make things worse) but again compesated with a great performance and it as always good listen to the complete karn evil nine live. The second, in buffalo in 07/1974 are without any doubt the best show in the box. A good audience recording mixed with a excelent show and have a great surprise with the adition of the pictures at exhibition encore. The last show and problaby the least interesting is the 1977 show in new Heaven to promote the works tour. Even with the good soundboard quality record, it was very obvious that the band lost their cohesion and they was suffer with their ego trip in this time (and punks and critics have the perfect target to spit). Exists good moments with pirates and Tarkus, and we donīt need the listen the particular orchestra that the trio contracted for the some shows of the tour, but this performance in comparsion of other shows in the box it was disapointing (probably this one are in the collection only for have some registration of this tour in the box)

If you are a fan of the trio, it was a good buy.
