4 stars Since when is Hiromi on the archives? Finally, a talented jazz pianist and a legendary talented jazz pianist make a live record together! This double set is absolutely fantastic and perfect for fans of the genre. But if you're looking to get into jazz fusion, (or Hiromi for that matter) look up Beyond Standard. This album is a lot to take in the first time you hear it, as it is very busy and confusing at times. But it definitely grows on you. I actually bought it on a whim because my dad thought I should Broaden my vistas. I'm glad I listened to him. Both players are fantastic throughout the whole thing. They even cover Fool On The Hill! So if you love fusion and were wondering about this album, get it. It's a must.
