1 stars ooowhh... this is bad. When listening to a Jan Akkerman record one does expect to hear the famous solo guitar work of Akkerman. Nothing is futher from the truth though, for this is an 100% boring funk and pop record. It has totally no prog influences and would have even been quite boring for listening in the lounge or a lift. Why this was recorded is a mystery for me. It's to bad to be nice pop, it has to few moments of nice guitar parts to be of interest to musicians and technical music appriciaters. It's just nothing.

Try to get out of the way of this record for shure, you will miss nothing. Instead try the nice selftitled record or the IMHO great Profile if you like great guitar playing.

One lonely star.
