5 stars An amazing record that showed that after Images & Words, Dream Theater still had much more to show. This record is very inaccessible, however, once you manage to get into it, it's a true gold mine.

The album really doesn't have any weak tracks. There's some classic Dream Theater tracks like 6:00, Erotomania, Voices, The Mirror and Scarred. Musicianship is absolutely high-tier like you would expect from Dream Theater. This album also features the best vocal work from James LaBrie which is something definitely worth noting.

Definitely a masterpiece, at least in my eyes. Highly recommended to any progressive rock or metal fan. Five Stars.
