4 stars A fantastic boxset, containing three FULL concerts, the first is a super sounding 74 concert, which to my ears is better than their official live album called "Live in New York" If you know of the 2CD "Roundhouse" concert from 73, its on par with this. the next concert is also very intresting, only letdown is the sound is very sharp, i suspect the dude who mastered this concert smoked too much or just have weakened ears, but turn your knobs and its another killer concert from Nekar anno 1975. Rounding of is a more or less jam in studio (?) concert, where a selected small crowds of Nektar heads requesting songs, which is just as good as you could imagine, on this disc the small let down is it sounds very mp3 sourced, but if you can ignore this while listening, it will give you the total Nektar experience. Then after this we all know Nektar slowly vanished, people left and it was never the same, no matter who tried to ressurect the band, Not that those reunion are bad, not at all, but its not on par with Nektar 1971-1976, it just isnt, at least not for me, so for me to get this EXCELLENT boxset, no matter my small quirks with it is just pure heaven. If you have sat on the fence on this one, jump right off it, its per 2023 decently priced 5 cd boxset, and it may be in some years this will fetch silly money, i will though not claim it will, as Nektar treats fans quite well, with both finding GEMS of LIVE recordings, but also keep their studio albums in print. I must compliment the one (s) who did the art, top dice, the booklet good, if a little thin, the digipacks sweet, the cd protection sleeves a very nice touch, and the box it self is super sturdy and would handle many falls from your shelf !!!

A side note : The 1975 concert have on about hald the concert annoing buzz and at times it seems the tape they transferred were about to get ruined, but thank god its not like that on both discs, Disc 1 starts out very good sounding with Astral Man, An early version of Recycled (Side A only?) A day in the life of a preacher (maybe the best version of it ive heard) Look just once more is another of those never recorded in the studio, its ok, then the audio quality goes slowly down, when were are on CD 2 it is at time near unbearable, i think they have used two different sources, a couple songs here sounds decent, while say Remember The Future Part 2 is near unlistenable. So around half of it is top notch audio wise, a quarter of it decent and the last quarter nearly unlisteable, maybe i will get used to it. So 4 SOLID stars overall. Disc 1,2,3 (most of it) and 5 are all 5 Stars and for any Nektar Fan !!!!!!!!! Did i mention the box at the packaging is super neat, as Sounds like Swiss also is, but this one even bests that one in quality !
