Completely different from the other stuff of the band, Aria is a more metal prog album than classical AOR. Nevrtheless, it's for me the first time since the eponymous album that Asia is trying something new and success in. It's a powerful album with great guitars thanx to Al Pitrelli (ex-Alice Cooper) and the melodies sound really good. Maybe not a masterpiece but surely an album you need to listen to if you're a metal prog fan!
