Bit misleading, this star business, because there's no way this is genuinely a 5 star masterpiece of prog rock, neo prog, pseudo prog, Prog on the Tyne, or any other kind of prog: it's simply a 5 star masterpiece full stop. Diverse, eclectic, haunting, with every vocal track (and duet) beautifully sung, and each instrumental track interwoven perfectly. Not a duff track within fifty miles. So, who cares if it's not "progressive" and shouldn't really appear in this forum? Do you? Thought not. All that really matters is the quality of the music and musicianship. And it's here by the bucketful. Without doubt, Jon's crowning glory as a solo artist. Don't be precious - get hold of this, get out the corn flakes and get munching. Then go back for seconds.
