5 stars The second part of the Radio Gnome Invisible Trilogy, Angel's Egg is one of the few best by Gong, and some would argue it as number one. Tight, well recorded, and to my ears one of the classics of progressive rock. The mythology underlying the cryptic lyrics is best understood through a study via the band's web site www.planetgong.co.uk, detailing the significance of pot head pixies, the Oily Way, and Radio Gnome. Very fun, and highly recommended.
