3 stars To be honest i only bought this album cause i like the song 'Mr Bluesky' even though its not in this album, but i heard about this album so i bought it, and reall, i didnt like it. Not that its a pop and not a prog album, i just thought the songs to be uninteresting and not as strong as some of the other songs ive heard by them i liked the first 4 or so songs but it just very quickly goes downhill from there, the vocoder on YOURS TRULY, 2095, and the chorus in TWILIGHT is really really strong. The production is good and overall the band are very tight throught it just didnt really appeal to me, overall score would be 2.5 maybee 2.6 rounded up to 3 stars, decent enough;

Prologue - 7/10 Twilight - 9/10 Yours Truly, 2095 - 9/10 Ticket to the Moon - 8/10 The Way Life's Meant to Be - 9/10 Another Heart Breaks - 6/10 Rain is Falling - 6/10 From the End of the World - 5/10 The Lights Go Down - 5/10 Here is the News - 5/10 21st Century Man - 6/10 Hold on Tight - 5/10 Epilogue - 5/10

My Conclusion? i think im going easy on this one, i like just under half of the songs,the other half just really didnt appeal to me and just dragged on, but if your a fan of ELO you might enjoy it a bit more.
