4 stars I dont really think of this album to be a 'prog' album really, just more a really enjoyable pop-rock album. Its of course still a great wee album as it is Horslips, just a more...compactable version, the songs are very short and many do not have that folk vibe that many of there early albums had, they just sound more like Thin Lizzy now, which isnt bad, its just not Horslips, still i digress.. Held within this release is 10 very catchy rock songs from the fantastic opener LONELINESS to the slightly Marillion sounding LONG WEEKEND, then we have the title track THE MAN WHO BUILT AMERICIA with its awsome keyboard sections and very catchy chorus, theres really nothing else to say about this, its just a great album, period;

Loneliness - 10/10 Tonight (You're With Me) - 8/10 I'll Be Waiting - 9/10 If It Takes All Night - 8/10 Green Star Liner- 8/10 The Man Who Built America - 10/10 Homesick - 9/10 Long Weekend - 10/10 Letters From Home - 9/10 Long Time Ago - 9/10

MY CONCLUSION? if you liked the other albums by Horslips id also reccomend this one, a little more poppy sounding, but still great :)
