2 stars 'The Course Of Nature' - Angra (Single)

Starting out with some percussive clattering and guitar chugging, this Angra single 'The Course Of Nature,' does not begin quite so promisingly. However, only half a minute into the track, a powerful melodic chorus kicks in, saving the song.

Having no unique material to speak of, it's hard to give a generous mark here, but the strength of a fantastic, thrashy instrumental section halfway into the song makes 'The Course Of Nature' a worthy offering to check out. While the verses feel weak, other sections bolster the song's effectiveness as a single. On top of being a mediocre (yet worthy) addition to the band's growing discography, a video was also made for 'The Course Of Nature' which is more or less generic save for the motion-sickness inducing special effects.

All in all, not completely worthless but still a rather poor choice of single.
