4 stars This album is WAY ahead of its time. Not much credit is given for Zappa starting prog-rock and this album was his launching pad as much as the Beatles. Hungry Freaks, Daddy?, Who Are The Brain Police?, Go Cry On Somebody Else's Shoulder, Wowie Zowie, Trouble Every Day, Help I'm A Rock, The Return Of The Son Of Monster Magnet are in my opinion the best tracks. The only reason I don't give this five is beacuse the order the songs are put in doesn't seem to be very consistent as much as the Beatles' Revolver is. Although this is more experimental than Revolver it does not showcase as many genres, but Zappa mastered each one on this CD.
