5 stars Hybris...there are so many words in my mind when I think of this album: wonderful, melodic, complex, eclectic, strange,...with one word, this album is just unbelievable.

Anglagard created the perfect symphonic prog album with all elements which should be in it. There are smoothly and melodic parts like at the beginning of "Jordok" or "Kung Bore" and they are switching into very eclectic parts like in the middle of "Ifra'n Klarhet Till Klarhet".

The musicians are all masters on their instruments. You can find beautiful piano and flute parts on this album, very nice and complex guitar sections, the mellotron of course is always present and the performance of the drummer is just great. There are also some vocals on this album and the voice from Tord Lindmann sounds very nice and works perfect together with the rest of the music. It's no problem that you don't understand the swedish lyrics because its sounds just like another wonderful instrument.

So, all in all, if you like symphonic prog and if you like eclectic music you have to listen to this album which is a masterpiece and one of the best albums in history of prog.
