The album showcases a select portion of the new Arsenal program, after the band reformed in July 2009, marking the eighth ensemble lineup in 37 years. It features compositions crafted to highlight the unique strengths of its innovative and versatile improvisers. The pieces fall into distinct stylistic groups: delicate European chamber jazz numbers; more rhythmically driven, funky tracks; and more traditional jazz pieces enriched with modern harmonies. A notable highlight is the instrumental rendition of Denis Bril's "Прелестное создание"("Beautiful Creature") performed as a duet with Igor Bril, reinterpreting the essence of 19th-century Russian romance.

Re-released on LP and later on CD as Third Wind with different cover.
