3 stars The first song here is "Touch and Go" which has a great fanfare start and a driving pulse. Without a doubt, a good song for sporting events or stock footage background music. Lake's voice is very strong here, which I do not find to be the case on later ELP projects. The back of this is "Learning to Fly", not the PINK FLOYD song. It is more rock than prog and has a real ASIA feel to it. More poppy than some of their other work. For the first song: 4 stars. For the second: only 2 stars. So overall, I give this release a 3. I was never a huge fan of ELP in any version, Powell or Palmer so a true fanatic may like this more than I.
