5 stars This is my favorite album of all times, mostly for its diversity. Sometimes it is melancholic and melodic, while at other times - agressive and electrifying. The other advantages of Hybris comparing to other progressive albums, is the perfect quality of the recording, and the choise of instruments which are never plastic/synth but instead rich and natural. The pace on this album is also great, every second something happens, you just don't have time to be bored. And for last, Hybris almost always has some sort of soundscape, sometimes a flute playing in the background, sometimes the guitar. In any case it doesn't have the fragmentary feeling which is common to the progressive genre.
