4 stars Without a doubt one of the best albums of 2010, and perhaps one of the best career of Spock's Beard.

I've always been a big fan of Spock's Beard, with or without Neal Morse. In your new album,"X", the band shows why it is one of the best symphonic rock in atuality. The tracks are quite long-they range from 4-16 minutes -and are all excellent, although I have a special appreciation for the first three are the best. "Edge of the In-Between" and "The emperor's clothes" are nice and have a footprint pop, while "kamikaze" is a monstrous instrumental dominated by keyboards Ryo Okyumoto, perhaps the best of the year.

An excellent album.Escute it!
