Well, maybe they make art rock or put little drops of prog in some songs, but is just a simple pop band. The first Queen LP is just another album inffluenced by Bowie, full of bored songs with poor arrangements. AMybe just "Great King Rat" and "The Night Comes Down" have some attractive but I think that the other songs are imitations and leftovers of the real great bands of that age.
