This is part of the Eddie's Archive's Boxset which if you can overlook the extortionate price tag is the holy grail for any Maiden
collector. This is the highlight of it featuring a fully restored Number of the Beast Tour show from Hammersmith Odeon featuring the
band firing on all cylinders producing fantastic moments from the newly recorded tracks with Bruce Dickinson as well as highly
polished versions of tracks from the first 2 records. The version of Phantom Of The Opera presented on this disc is absolutely
fantastic with a similar feel to the version featured on Live After Death but even more fresh and energetically performed by this still
new line-up of the band. Adrian Smith and Dave Murray both play out of their skins on this and it is some of the finest guitar playing i
have ever heard from them playing songs like Hallowed Be Thy Name flawlessly and up-tempo.Drifter is also fantastically energetic
featuring a typical drawn out speech from Bruce Dickinson and some slick drumming from Clive Burr creating an excellent pre-
encore finale to this show.
The Eddie's Archives Boxset is a fantastic experience with rarities and including this fantastic performance. But at the price it is
offered it is a 2 Star collectors only proposition.
