The Good: The Freebird solo at the end of Take The Time is more than a little bit cool.

The Bad: There once was a time when James Labrie was an outstanding singer. I know this having listened to the original recordings of his 1991 audition. However, with the passing of years and rupturing of vocal chords, his live contribution to the band now makes Dream Theater the musical equivalent of an extremely beautiful woman with a fully fledged beard. A beard which on this occasion is particularly straggly and still has bits of yesterdays dinner in it.

The Verdict: Bargain bin or not at all.
