2 stars A three way split album between Sons Of Alpha Centauri, Treasure Cat and Alpha Cat. The latter one is the combined efforts of Sons Of Alpha Centauri and Treasure Cat.

The music is instrumental post rock with some sludge connotations. Both Sons Of Alpha Centauri and Treasure Cat has a very similar sound and approach. Which is guitar driven, slightly energetic stressing post rock. The Alpha Cat cooperation has the best songs by far.

The tracks here are decent, but nothing more. This is a pretty one dimentional album despite of having three bands here. The music is simply too boring for me. The cheeky Iron Maiden rip offs on Last Day of Summer is the best stuff here. A good track it is. The rest of this album is pretty dull, truth to be told. But fans of this genre should perhaps check out this album.
