5 stars Quite possibly one of the best live albums ever, YCDTOSA vol. 2 captures the one and only virtuosic Frank Zappa band at the height of it's powers; a supernatural band technically with the likes of Zappa, Duke and Ruth Underwood, and Frank Zappa also hit his creative peak around this time, with albums such as Apostrophe and One Size Fits All. This was recorded 1974, in Finland (!!), surely a gig I would like to have attended. If you have a look at the tracklisting, there are instantly recognizable classics like Inca Roads and Montana. Frank Zappa is of course in constant contact with his audience and the band also plays a memorable version of an age old Finnish classic, Satumaa. Time and time again Zappa has proved what a great performer he is and this is no exception. Brilliant stuff, and of course 5 stars!
