2 stars Steve Howe is as we all know a talented musician. He is a master at the Classical guitar and great on a rock level. Unfortunatley, this album is quite lackluster. FIrst of all. The recording is terrible. I am talking about the sound quality. Given the fact that this great musician was with YES you would expect more. One other thing that ruins this album is S.H.s singing!! His voice is poor and should stick to just guitar playing. Now we all have strengths and weaknesses but S.H. should just stick to his strengths. This is one of the reasons Turbulence ranks up there as one of his better solo albums. The highlight of the album would have to be the title track. It has a beutiful orchestra sounds like he could have been the all time great classical musicians of yesteryear, but the album is not that good
