4 stars Wow..just getting an earfull of RPWL's new album " Beyond Man And Time ". Rich, textured multi-layered storytelling at it's very best. What is it they are putting in the water in Germany? Whatever it is, I want some. First got turned onto German Prog by Pendragon and have been craving more ever since. This album delivers the shivers on every track, so much so that I am in the process this very moment of ordering their 2010 album " The Gentle Art Of Music ". There is so much sameness in contemporary Progressive Music these days and it's been that way for some time. Happily there a a few exceptions, Airbag " All Rights Removed " and " Identity " also The D Project " Big Face " and " The Sagarmatha Dilemma " have really delivered something new and fresh. RPWL in my opinion are amongst the very best Neo Prog bands plying their craft in 2012.
