4 stars this is a really interesting album. a chaotic, noisy, at times messy album which vaguely sounds to me like; 'jimi hendrix in a bad mood- meets- fairport convention'. i love the guitar playing, theres plenty great solos and double-lead solos with the fiddle. the only thing i'm not too keen on is the vocals, with hills jim morrison style yawn. its not quite a masterpiece but definitely recommended, and also sounds exellent for a debut album.
