5 stars Amazing. Simply amazing. Days of Future Passed is arguably one of the first prog albums of all time, completely phenomenal. This is the TRUE start to the epic prog band, The Moody Blues. Forget "Go Now!" and anything else, this is where we find our good friend Mike Pinder joining with the great vocals of Justin Hayward and some amazing orchestral elements! Truly a prize in the history of prog. This album consists of heavy instrumental influences and combines this with great progressive melodies. The Moody Blues are always know for having amazing harmonic vocals, and this shines through on this album, especially Tuesday Afternoon and Nights in White Satin. Simple a fantastic album, not much more need be said for this great band! You must listen to this to understand the greatness!
