5 stars This is the ESSENTIAL ELP album if you must have one. Perhaps one of the top 10 prog records of all time, this album is full of hits that just keep coming and the infamous "Karn Evil 9" is one of the best works of music ever made. "Still...You Turn Me On" is another great rock song that many will enjoy as is "Benny the Bouncer". People who aren't familiar with ELP should start with this album and work their way backwards to enjoy other albums like Trilogy and Tarkus. Overall this is certainly an album worthy of 5 stars and the title of "progressive rock". A lot of people will enjoy the extravagant keyboard playing of Keith Emerson and the insane drumming work of Carl Palmer. That Greg Lake guy isn't too shabby either! A must have essential piece of progressive music.
