4 stars Album released in 1999 "The Ladder". Keyboardist Igor Khoroshev joined the member. It is after a long time that I bought CD of YES. It is gorgeous as usual. The music of YES is surprisingly still alive and well. I got excited to the sound it kept peculiar and transparent and with the extension. Igor Khoroshev considers Rick Wakeman, and is a brilliant performance with Steve Howe. It is YES sound that refreshingly and is cheerful in which new energy is obtained. It is dissatisfied that the rhythm is monotonous on the other hand. However, the melody and the beat with color feelings supplement it. The power of Steve Howe and Chris Squire has not become weak at all. It is an album like to the solo album of Jon Anderson and "Going For The One". If you are a YES fan, it is a work once that you should be listened. YES is still wonderful. By the way, this work was dedicated by the producer Blues Fairburn who died suddenly.
