3 stars Though its not euphoria, what I feel, when I listen to this album, it still feels kinda refreshing listening to music that doesn t sound like a typical Neal Morse Album. Dont get me wrong - I love the songwriting of Neal Morse but many of his songs sound familiar and thats what I mean with "refreshing". I think this album is underrated because of the fact that its not a Neal Morse album. There is only one track on this one, that I skip, and thats the title track. And there is at least one weak song on every Neal Morse SB Album isnt it? I dont even skip the pop ballad "Shining star", though I actually not listen to pop songs anymore, except while doing the dishes... And the epic... if you compare it to epics that are on "The light" then its hard to enjoy it. Just pretend that this is the first SB album you have ever heard and maybe you appreciate pearls like "ghosts of autumn"
