3 stars From start to end this album fails to grab me. Too bad, I do enjoy V by Symphony X, I just can't seem to like this. The album is horrible, no feeling at all from any of the instrumentalists, the singer is all I like, he sings pretty good melodies.

Michael Romeo is just another Yngwie rip-off, he has his own style, yes, he taps notes and does a couple of tapping arpeggios but not a big deal. The melodies are just not there.

I only recommend this album to hard metal fans, shred guitarists, and fans of power metal with a twist.
