4 stars When I first heard this album I didn't like it all that much however on subsequent listens it has grown on me somewhat. The music is very interesting Heavy Prog music - it isn't an album that I adore by any means but it holds my interest. I love "The Wreckers" and "The Garden". I really like"BU2B" as well as it's short second incarnation. The rest is interesting but nothing that I would pack to go to my desert island with. Having stated my case I do recognise the value of this album to the band and to its fan base (which club I have always been part of) - it's a valid musical statement in no uncertain terms - it is just a statement that doesn't sit there and shout loud enough to me personally. I expect great things to come from Rush and this album is an indicator thereof. For me 3 and a half stars however because I do recognise the value of this album it's ramped to 4 stars. Now if only Yes would take notice prior to whatever they may release next.
