3 stars Atheist were a totally new thing for me. They play a mix of Řber-complex Jazz-rock and Technical Death metal. It goes pretty well together, but it isn't very easy listened. If you like old 70's prog, you shouldn't get this, it would just be a waste of money. My favourite songs here are impossible to say, since there are so many tempo and mood changes all the time. But the most outstanding are the 5-minute song "An Incarnations Dream". To summary, it's an O.K album, far from being perfect or a masterpiece, but worth a listen or two. Get this if your a fan of Death/Black Metal, or just want something complex and challanging. 3/5!
