4 stars Like so many other reviewers, this album would demand a full five-star rating if not for the fact that it isnt prog. 95 percent of the songs are completely well put together. Radiohead completely masters british rock with this album. It is not a masterpiece of a prog, its a masterpiece of british rock, so if that turns you off completely, dont try it. It is one heck of an album.

The only songs I dont really think are that great are "black star" and "sulk" Other then that, the songs are GREAT! Usually these sort of albums are pretty good on first listen then you dont really discover anything new with it. Oddly enough, this one behaves like a prog album, it takes a few listens to fully digest it, and it is brilliant when you finally do.

Give it a chance if you think you could dig it, if you cant, dont. Its awesome, but I could see how strictly prog fans wouldnt like it.
