MOMENTS OF TRUTH

This is surprisingly good! For those who remember this band from the days of the classic "The Machine That Cried", then gone are the electric violin and the female lead vocal singing so the soundscape is quite different but the songsmithing is first class and this is a very enjoyable album to listen to. What we have here are excellent songs, guitar based and with plenty of melody, beautifully sung, played at a slowish tempo - time to enjoy the lyrics, written by and to be enjoyed by those of us, at a certain stage in life, when there is much to reminisce about. This is classic rock - intelligent, well arranged and played songs. Not very proggy, or it would get an easy 5 stars, it feels churlish to give it only 4. Well recommended!
