4 stars Time to put on the slippers and put your feet up and relax after a hard day doing whatever you do, put on a Gandalf CD and you are transported to a different place every time, this time to the Far East. Imagine yourself spirited away to ancient Chinese times, probably ideal for a yoga session.

Beautiful melodies are the key to Gandalf he never resorts to endless, repetitive noodling (excuse the pun) and never allows a tune to get boring.

Perhaps the sitar sound doesn't really fit for me on this album, but that's just a personal opinion, all other parts of the album work perfectly, so not for teenage boys with a grudge against the world, because they can't get a girlfriend, but I recommend anybody who like a bit of ambient/new age to try, you shan't be disappointed.
