4 stars This is a very good disc with production that is great on some tracks and not as good on others. About half of the disc is amazing with the top song being the prog masterpiece, "Sometimes the Shine Just Fades Away." Some of the songs, although still pretty good, just aren't as strong. It's an overall dark disc with some real jems, but not as good as their "Breath of October" disc. This is probably their most King Crimson sounding disc.
