2 stars Not exactly original exciting music, Sagittarius.

This is the third EP from this band. I reviewed their second EP some weeks ago on the back of the interview I did with them. Both EPs are free downloads, btw.

Sagittarius has not ditched the obvious references to being a modern day EP from The Shadows. My point here is that both bands does play instrumental, electric guitar riffs based music. The comparissons to Dream Theater is also very obvious. But Mythra has moved a couple of steps towards industrial electronica on Sagittarius though. Something that adds a lot of much needed substance and textures to their music.

This is by no means a good EP. Something anyone here can check out themselves through the free downloads from their homepage. But Sagittarius is a step in the right direction for Mytra and a worthy download.
