3 stars This is a compilation of Yes song marketed and distributed by Weton-Wesgram B.V. but created by Eagle Rock Entertainment. So, for what concerns the songs, we must be content by Eagle Rock studio album or, for the old songs, live recordings from Eagle Rock live albums.

For me the level is high but only because this band is Yes. Infact the studio song (all from 90's and 00's) are good for Yes style but without the pure energy of 70's songs and of the magic of the old song. Also 'Owner Of A Lonely Heart' have a great power and magic (but this song is a sort of New Wave song). Certainly power and magic are also ingredients of the more recent songs but only because are Yes songs. In my opinion in 90's and 00's Yes recover the 70's but with Neo Prog style, at the end.

This compilation is extreme good for die hard Yes fans but for a generalist Progsters this is only another compilation with great songs and great atmospheres.

3 stars What you have here is a low budget 2 cd compilation with songs from the following albums:

Open Your Eyes (1997) (3 Songs) The Ladder (1999) (4 Songs) Live House Of Blues (2000) (7 Songs) Magnification (2001) (3 Songs)

Its all put together very randomly, and it features a very bland selection of what could have been an incredible collection if a fan had put it together, BUT for the price you normally pay for this, it is very worth it, specially if you dont have any of the four original albums.....Again i would reccomend "Topography" for a much more put toghether collection for the budget market or both of these (that is unless you have the original versions out there)

All in all a decent collection for new comers who want to dip their toes outside classic Yes 70s LPs
