Here is an interesting album from 1971. I'll admit to not having much prog folk in my collection besides most of the Jethro Tull albums, but I have been known to enjoy bands like Fairport Convention, Pentangle and the like.

Bernard Ilous and Patrice Decuyper borrow from quite a few sources. The opening track (and elswhere on the album) sound like Beach Boys style harmonized vocals. Elsewhere there are tracks that sound more like Crosby Stills and Nash, Jefferson Airplane, one even sounds a bit like Jethro Tull's Mother Goose, and another like the Rolling Stones.

Lyrically, I can't tell you much, as it's been forty years since my French classes. The only song in English is a spirited (and excellent) cover of The Beatles' Eleanor Rigby.

The album isn't as complex, or even as folky as mos of the prog-folk I am familiar with, but it is fun.
