3 stars A Finnish dark matter DARK BUDDHA RISING have shot an obscure addictive agent as their debut album ... this "I" is exactly flooded with North-European clean air cut and their stoner alchemical ability.

After dangerous muddy feel flows via "Intro", they paste upon our ears their persistent dark posters created by guitar fuzz and ethnically percussive footsteps. This "Se Y Es" is energetic and impressive, obviously suitable for us to call stoner space rock. The latter part sounds more mysterious, more horrible, with warped sound effects and hotchypotchy guitar violence. The following track "Atra-Hasis" is stickier, more dry-chemical, and more stressful. Attacked as an eternally painful stoner kicks ... oh yes, the last part with crazy voices is of cool comfort. They squeeze lots of psychedelic stone elements into such a shorter track.

"Nihilvana". What a grrr groove indeed. Heavy, motivative riffs remind us something like space rock power. But hey don't get deceived. They presumably shoot plenty of black bullets produced with infernal heavy sediments and zombie cries. Crying guitar solo sounds like the end of a human life. Only dreadful strict bass quakes can salvage our mind, I imagine? A killa really. Through the last one "Dapuris" we complete their spacey psychedelia in our brain ... experimental drumming with surrealistic electric spices is toxic, and permanent slimy greasy guitar-based sound explosion is pretty tough for us to digest. But try to do, and understand.

Their stoner science along with Finnish mind-altering aurora claims exactly upon our skin. Ah of course, not a real life but splendid nightmare is guaranteed for all.
