3 stars May be a problem that, instead of cryptic & hyper-convoluted contemporary chamber music, the model for Symphonic Rock was to be found in, let's say, uh, yes... Mozart! Late 18th and early 19th centuries have a certain charm too, ask the survivors of the Electric Light Orchestra in case you don't believe me.

Well, that is precisely the kind of recipe for the present symphonic pie: a good solid rocking rhythm section in the vein of the aforementioned ELO or the most simple Rick Wakeman putting the basis, and polyphonic keyboards assisted by guitars and violins layering the fruits and the cream.

As for the vocals, the choral parts are great, but the solos not so much, to my ears at least.
