2 stars Horrific Honorifics Number Two(2) is therefore this second album with covers:

'Vengeance' by the New Model Army, a hymn to resistance and rebellion, everything is written. 'Self Control', a haunting and introspective version by Laura Branigan, all in softness, like a velvety soup. 'Blueprint' raw, a cry of revolt from a Clash, Rory, from a Fugazi quite simply. 'And That's Sad' with this aerial intro belching out this psychedelic Voivodian sound, a zest of Lacrimosa for the voice. The dark wave then deviant punk structure; the guitar plugged into an amp by the famous Robert Fripp; the annoying and haunting finale, well it's a cover of another group, the NoMeansNo.

'Hammer Song' with Belinda accompanying the acoustic guitar, the accordion, the sound of Alex Harvey is raw, archaic. 'When A Blind Man Cries' we have to remember, it was one of my first slow songs; Deep Purple have been there. 'My Pal' with this riff from Iron Maiden, this title from God quite simply, full of fury. 'Goin' Against Your Mind' by Built To Spill closes on a sound soaked in nervous dark wave then dives into an ambient outro à la Siouxsie, majestic, elegiac. The finale returns to the rudimentary independent rock.

The second album of covers is darker, disparate and is only worth indicating the anchor points that Justin has done well; it shows this raw side.
