2 stars This pointless compilation's brevity might be forgivable if its tracks were judiciously chosen. But "Black Dog" rather than "Wells Fargo" from "First Base"? The lightweight funky rocker "Lady" instead of the majestic title suite from "Amar Caballero"? The throwaway rock 'n' roller "Jack O' Lantern" in favour of the elegant, prog-tinged "Dancer" from "Babe Ruth"? I think the word I'm looking for is "perverse".
