Possible Worlds biography
POSSIBLE WORLDS are a rock project led by guitarist Dan GIOFFRE. The project began in 2001 as compositions intended for Boston-based alternative rock band The GETAWAY. After the band's demise, Dan shelved the concept and continued with other musical endeavors for many years in a sideman capacity. The project were revived in 2012, with some new music written to accompany those early sketches. Other Boston-based musicians were brought on board to contribute to the recording, most importantly singer Jon PARDO and drummer Zak KING, culminating in the release of "Pilgrim Of The Absolute" in 2017.

POSSIBLE WORLDS' music is indebted to the spirt of artists like RUSH, STEVEN WILSON, and SPOCK'S BEARD / NEAL MORSE, with the additional influences of '90s alternative rock and singer-songwriter folk.
