Gintonic biography
A Bilbao-based unit GINTONIC were formed in 2008 by Aurkene NÚÑEZ (keyboard, voices), Mario Clavell LARRINAGA (flute, electronic wind instrument, Óscar ANDOLLO (drums), and Marcelo HORMAECHEA (bass), in Musika Eskola (Getxo). Getting inspired by jazz, rock, ethnic, or classical, GINTONIC have gigged in many small venues as well as theaters or festivals (e.g. 365 Jazz Bilbao, Jet Lag Bio, Castro Intercultural Festival, Neguko Bidaia, etc). In 2012 they've signed a contract with ausArt Records label, and launched their debut eponymous album featuring 13 original tracks. They have released their second opus "Gintonic 2" in 2015, and "Gintonic 3" in 2019.
