UMÆ biography
A combo UMÆ were founded in 2017 as an international progressive rock project by Anthony CLIPLEF (guitar, voices), Guðjón SVEINSSON (voices, guitar) and Samy-George SALIB (drums). Their debut album "Lost In The View" has been recorded as follows (according to their words); "After meeting and performing together at a music festival in February 2017, Anthony flew from Canada to Iceland to begin collaborating with Guðjón. Demos to the full album were soon formed and forwarded to Samy, who subsequently performed drums on all tracks". "Lost In The View", in collaboration with lots of artists like John WESLEY (ex-Porcupine Tree), keyboardist Adam HOLZMAN (ex-Miles Davis, Steven Wilson) and bassist Conner GREEN (ex-Haken), was self-released upon January 3, 2019.
